If you’re ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as a Tools and Process Coordinator and you’ll be looking at a career-defining in Crespin, France About the role The Tools and Process Coordinator writes, maintains and optimizes the process governing the organization and the operation of the Technical Services and coordinates the quality management system for the department and participates in the various audits (IRIS, BOS, ...).This person is the Key User for all the applications linked to the Technical Services (SAP, CATIA, Teamcenter, Tooling Database, AGATA, …).The coordinator does benchmark with other sites to improve the local organization and operation.Also, she/he supports the implantation of new technologies and the continuous improvement (Industry 4.0: Digitalization, Virtual Reality, …). Your Tasks Industry 4.0: •Supports and introduces new technologies or new ways of working in order to push up the organization in a more digital environment;•Has the capacity to drive changes, communicates and interacts with different levels of the organization;•Strong relationship with external partners to support and implement new technologies;•Manages budget and planning; Quality Management System: •Coordinates and support the QMS for the department for efficient collaboration with the entire organization (in site departments, Product Engine, ROQ, …);•Support the organization during qualification and certification audits e.g. IRIS, ISO TS;•Creates and provides the KPIs for the department;•Supports the continuous improvement;•Benchmarks and supports other sites if requested; Product Engine: Participates and supports the global standards e.g. Product Structure Network; Budget and Staff: •Manages the MIS costs for the department;•Supports the Head of Technical Services on staff analysis and global workload; Tools: •Responsible for qualification and validation of local special process procedures and instructions;•Responsible for issuing instructions and procedures for given special process to the shop floor;•Responsible for internal audits actions plan and P FMEA ( Process failure code and effect analysis) for relevant special process on site.
•Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent tertiary qualification;
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant managerial role;•Working experience in Operations (especially in Technical Services), working experience in other functions Engineering, Project Management would be a plus;•Experienced in leading of technical middle teams; •Good understanding of processes in methods and specials processes, IT- systems, manufacturing excellence; •Sound understanding of manufacturing engineering and all interfacing functions in a project.
