Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Technical & Economic Support Managers (m/f) for Flight Hour Contract has arisen within Airbus Helicopters at Marignane plant.

Within Support and Services Department, you will join Customer Engineering Support.

This position requires a security clearance or must be eligible for a clearance by recognized authorities.

Task & accountabilities :

The main missions of the technical and economic support for the Part By the Hours contracts are :

1- Technical focal point for the front office team regarding customer orders of flight hours contracts,

2- Customer orders analysis in order to find and develop cost solution improvement such as :
a. Reliability improvement
b. Repair cost reduction
c. Alternative solutions in case of stock shortage.

Required skills :

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

* At least 3 years of global professional experience
* You have a good general technical background knowledge of the Helicopters (Dynamics, avionics, airframe) and the associated maintenance documentation,
* You have a positive mindset and you are customer oriented,
* Being Synthetic, curious and team oriented, is a part of your strength.

Language skills :
. English: advanced
. French : negotiation
