The Mechanical Engineer Routing / Tubing (M/F) will manage Computer Aid Designer (CAD), activities and deliverables on pneumatic routing and mechanical integration in compliance with QCD commitments. Applying applicable Mechanical Domain instructions, processes and tools.

His / her main missions will be as follows:
* Performing 3D activities, design annotations and 2D deliverables in compliance with QCD commitments, Metier rules and processes on pneumatic routing and mechanical integration including manufacturing and cost target, based on a strong experience and a complex fluid diagram understanding
* Filling-up attributes for each part in Digital Mock-Up (naming, material, Fire & Smoke, etc.) and verifying consistency of digital mock-up (no clash, etc.) and compliance with requirements (allocated volumes, weight, interfaces, etc…) on assigned scope
* Managing production of deliverables (TPS, TRS,…) in accordance with Planning targets and custumer requirements
* Supplier follow-up during development phase (evaluation, documentation,…)
* Preparing and documenting Mechanical Domain Design Reviews according to project schedule and following-up the main open actions with the target : On Time Delivery and First Time Right
* Integrate internal and external customer constraints and support them during production phase
* Reporting on Mechanical Domain activities progress and alerting relevant N+1 in case of issue potentially impacting achievement of QCD commitments

The profil required is :

* Mechanical Engineering Diploma preferably applied to Railway products with 2 to 3 years of experience, standards, CATIA V5 et DMA2.2 tool (Tubing, Bend Part, Sheet Metal) and special processes (welding, riveting, gluing,etc…)

* Ability to read and understand complex fluid diagram, to define allocated volume for the routing integration based on return of experience, to challenge and propose improvments, to design the pipework in compliance with the kinematic envelope of the vehicles taking into account all constraints (tolerances, flexible connection, accessibility, bend radius), to adapt compenant specification

* Good Communications and interpersonal skills including with third parties (customer), time management and reporting skill, sense of urgency / priority, structured and organised with Hands-on approach

* English and german operational in read/writing and technical meeting
