As part of a school curriculum in initial training, you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year, that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for INTERNSHIP Data Analyst for AIRBUS Human Resources (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in BLAGNAC (France).

This internship is to be filled from beginning of April 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department « HR Transformation & Digital» which activities include People Analytics to anticipate change, behaviour and trends, in order to make better informed, more objective, decisions for Airbus Human Resources.

The objective of the internship is to contribute and/or manage autonomously different initiatives related to People Analytics (such as predictive attrition or proactive mobility) and finally to communicate consequently.

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will dedicate your energy to immerse yourself in the HR and DTO (Digital Transformation Office) environments in order to better interact & support the numerous stakeholders.

Your main activities will include:

- Exchange with the Business to clarify the needs

- Data wrangling up to effective modelling and visualization to answer to the needs

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in System Engineering, Data Science or equivalent, and you have obtained the following competences:

- You are interested in new trends and ideally aware of HR basics

- You have a good knowledge of data security & privacy regulations

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as R, Python

- English: negotiation level

- French: negotiation level

- Good relationship management and presentation skills

- Customer orientation to provide user-centric solutions

- Able to analyze and synthesize information

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to other locations.
