Ingénieur Qualité Industriel (H/F)

Ensure the deliveries from the Site are at the right quality level. Within the Site, acts as the Customer representative on the products.
Guarantee the compliance of the manufactured products.
Ensure the standards & methods set by the Site Management are applied.
Decide to stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
Escalade the anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (QRQC tool recommanded).
Support manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection.
Support the industrialisation teams to deploy the industrial process controlling tools.
Work in close relation with the SQA teams, especially on NCR management on a daily basis & perform regular check on the quality reports.
Validate manufacturing control plans. These control plans are written in close relatioship with EPU teams.
Manage the non conformities products blocked in the jail (NC cell).
Measure the quality produced by the manufacturing process.
KPI : Demerit at various stages of the manufacturing lines
Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the KPI results.
MASTER degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Few years of experience in manufacturing / industrial quality.
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem solving tools.
Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) or testbench industrialization would be an asset

Fluent in English is recommanded,
