Customer Service Technician - 13001 Marseille

Overview

Your role

  • Carry out interventions via customer tickets (restart of equipment, visual verification, investigation, shuffling, etc.)
  • Ensure the replacement and storage of tapes as planned and according to each customer contract
  • Communicate daily with the call center (ECSC) and customers
  • Report exhaustively to the Line Manager regarding the smooth running of tickets and the possible time overrun
  • Provide customer support upon request
  • Thoroughly complete the "CRM" tool for ticket management 
  • Perform the appropriate tests on the copper and fiber bypass
  • Installation of connection jumpers, organize and physically manage the stock of these jumpers, resume labeling of connections, check the good adequacy between the information recorded on the wiring database and the status in the field
  • Administrative management related to assigned tasks
  • What you'll need

  • Experience of at least 1 year in an IT assistance service to customers and / or in IT services and / or in network management
  • Education level bac or bac +2 in IT / telecoms
  • Experience in customer relations is a plus
  • Additional technical experience in IT infrastructure, data cabling, and data centers is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ensure that the client (or his subcontractor) only intervenes on his patch panels and does not endanger no other resource present in this environment
