You join Dassault Systmes (3DS)' Internal Communication Team, whose main mission is to spread the story, the ambition and the culture of the Group to our internal audiences, and inspire them to build the future of the Company. What your role will be? In this context, your main responsibilities are as follows: * Build up tactical communication plans to support our ambition. Ensure the execution of these plans and engage the stakeholders. * Write engaging contents about our company, people, brands and business, sourcing them from across the organization to keep the newsfeed fresh, while ensuring consistency in terms of tone, style, and messaging. * Manage internal communication media, moderate communication communities and be a driving force to improve their editorial line and monitor their usage * Put in place success metrics and internal client satisfaction measurement to help internal communication decision making. * Develop guidelines & tips to make everyone autonomous in the implementation of their own communications (videos, events, etc.). * Bring support (content, communication & organization) to the organization of 3DS internal events. * Be a communication expert and provide advisory to stakeholders. Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging communication trends and methods, and integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness. The challenges ahead * You will be in charge of defining and implementing communication plans & initiatives contributing to improving employees' engagement and brand awareness within our community. * You will work closely with the entire Internal Communication Team, the Human Resources service as well as the Global Communication Team. * You will bring support to our Global Internal Communication network. * You will write communication contents and messaging as needed and ensure consistency and quality.
* Bac+5 (Master's degree); undergraduate degree in business, marketing or communications preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French) * 5+ years' experience in communication project management * Solid understanding of communication techniques including social media * Positive and energetic personality * Creativity and capability to challenge the status quo * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and synthesis skills * Ability to think strategically
