Description of the job
An internship vacancy titled: Cabin Program controlling assistant (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse on the Blagnac site.
You will join the Airbus Cabin programme controlling department.
In the frame of the creation of the Cabin Programme, the controlling department will develop and implement a new process.
Another challenge is to adapt financial tools in order to deploy a financial reporting system for the follow up of cabin-related activities.
The purpose of the internship is to launch and follow up financial reporting linked with the Cabin program activities.
This internship will start in January 2018 (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and activities will include:
* To build up a financial reporting (definition of the requirements specification, technical solution analysis; reporting build up)
* To implement the reporting in the tools
* To be part of the design of the reporting and forecast process with stakeholders
You will be involved in stakeholder management activities with different departments including Procurement ; Engineering & the commercial aircraft programmes (A320, A330, A350, A380).
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
* Educated to a 5-year or Master's degree level in Finance/Audit/Controlling (or equivalent)
* A first internship experience is highly recommended
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite mainly Excel & Outlook
* Proactiveness skills ; stakeholder management skills
* Negotiation level in English
